Once you’ve discovered cacao husk tea, it tends to become a regular in the cupboard. Our 200g bag is for those who’ve fallen for its smooth, earthy, gently chocolatey flavour and want plenty on hand. It’s made from the outer shells of Solomon Islands cacao beans, hand-processed so nothing from the harvest goes to waste.

There’s enough here for a daily cup, a pot to share, or a big jug of iced tea in the fridge through the warmer months.

How to brew

Add approx 3 tsp to a cup of hot water and steep for 3 – 5 minutes, adjusting to taste. It’s lovely on its own, with a little milk or honey, or chilled over ice.
