PAYMENT CURRENCY: All prices shown on the Energy Crystals website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Energy Crystals uses Stripe for all payments.
Shipping
HOW WE SHIP: Shipping costs and processes are detailed on the Shipping FAQ page.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING INFO: If you wish to exchange a product due to change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs associated with this. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Energy Crystals does not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. We are open to discussing a store credit or exchange if this is the case and this will be minus the shipping costs associated with this.
As crystals are a natural product and therefore have characteristics such as ‘cracks’, ‘discolouration’, ‘chips’; the only ‘fault’ that would be considered for a refund is for products that have additional components to them that are broken or break under fair personal use – ie; jewellery or pendulums.
We do our best to put the most accurate information and photographs up about our products, if you are unsure about anything please ask before purchasing.
It is important to note that colours of crystals can differ from that in the photo, depending on screen colours etc. By finalising your order – you agree to accept this possibility.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered if they are unused and in the same condition as you received them in.
