Q: How much time do you need for the whole event?

We ask that we have 1 hour to set up prior to your friends and family arriving, and then 1 hour afterwards to pack up. So 5 hours in total is what we require to be allocated to the event.

Q: Is it a workshop or more of a market day of people coming and going?

We have found that people come and go during the allocated time of 2pm - 5pm, so we would aim to talk about Energy Crystals for approx. 15 – 30 minutes in the middle of the showcase. Over the rest of the time Tom and Lynska are available to answer questions and provide guidance on a more 1 to 1 basis.

Q: Do we need any tables or shelves for you to use?

If you are able to supply these, that is great! However, if we need to - we can bring our own. We would just need the lounge, kitchen or dining room to be relatively clear to set up. We also suggest that you hide your own crystals away for the day so there is no confusion around what is for purchase.

We love being invited into your home to showcase the Energy Crystals products for you, your friends and family. It means that we get to answer your questions, share our knowledge and allow you to connect with the crystals in your own way in a comfortable environment.

We allocate 3 hours for your friends and family to shop the products, where they can pick up the crystals, feel the energy of them and make a unique connection with the ones for them. We offer the opportunity to request specific types of crystals, books or cards prior to the showcase, ensuring that we are catering to the desires of your friends and family.

All showcases run from 2pm - 5pm on either a Saturday or Sunday. By choosing to be a host of an Energy Crystals Showcase, you will receive a gift voucher to the value of 10% of the total Energy Crystals Showcase sales from your day, as a "Thank You!" from us. If you and your guests spend $1000 that means a $100 gift voucher will be given to you at the end of the day.

Option 1: If you know that you, your friends and family have an interest in doTERRA essential oils, we can offer you a showcase that incorporates these beautiful products as well as The Cacao Ambassador Cacao and Energy Crystals

Option 2: We have found that crystals and cacao are magic together! We will bring along The Cacao Ambassador products for you to try, to learn about and to purchase. This beautiful Solomon Island sourced Cacao is distributed right here in Christchurch and supports the farmers directly.

How many people do you require to hold an Energy Crystals Showcase?

We have a minimum of 10* people. We have found that best number to be 15 – 20, dependent on the space you have available.
